Comparison of BSNL and other service providers

I

have been using mobile for last 7 years and i have used Airtel(Karnataka), Vodafone(UP), Spice(Karnataka) and Idea(Kerala).
I got fed up in using Vodafone because of network congestion and less coverage,Airtel because of non transparent billing,Spice and idea no proper coverage,

          

But currently i am using BSNL. I was in an assumption that if any service is given by any private organisation then the service would be best. But when i started using BSNL mobile i unserstood that BSNL has best tariff plans in the market.Nobody gives such a cheapest tariff plans like BSNL. The billing system is very transaparent and the coverage is the best in india.Even in forest, hilly areas and villages you will get BSNL mobile signal.Voice clarity is really good compared to Airtel and Idea.

          

I am using PLAN 525 of BSNL. Recent reduction in the BSNL tariff makes it more attractive.The pulse rate for PLAN 525 is 15sec.No service provider in any state gives you a plan with 15secs pulse rate.For average and high end users this plan makes a big  difference in the bill.We will get Rs300 talk value free.No service provider gives you free talk value.Ever body gives you free minutes.BSNL’s talk value can be used for sending SMS or making local,STD or ISD calls.Local calls are 10ps/15secs to mobile, STD 25ps/15sec, Roaming 1Re/min for I/G and O/G. 5MB GPRS free every month.Local SMS 40ps and STD sms 80ps.Physical copy of the detailed
bill is free.You can pay the bill online.You will get a discount of 1% for the next month if you are paying the bill online.We can make calls by selecting one STD BSNL landline and one local mobile/landline for 60ps and 20ps respectively.

          

                    
Disadvantages
But the worst in BSNL is the customer service call centre.They dont know anything about the tariff plans or service offered by BSNL.
For any reason dont call the customer care number 9400024365.Always check the BSNL website for any updates or go to the nearest customer care center.But you are not in need of contacting customer care center after taking the connection.There wont be any problem in billing or any other service once you get the connection.

          

                    
If you have nay problem with your connection and if the concerned person is not responding send a mail to higher officials.You will get the email ids from BSNL website. After that they will treat the customers like king.

          

There is no doubt BSNL best hai mere liye.
